Our take on TaylorMade putters

Mallet or blade is mostly about how your stroke moves. If the face rotates a lot through the stroke, a blade shape suits you. If it stays square, a mallet will be more forgiving. Plenty of golfers putt better with a mallet than they expect to.

Common questions

Spider or SYSTM2?

Spider is a high-MOI mallet and the more forgiving of the two, which matters if you miss the centre of the face. SYSTM2 is a classic blade or compact mallet shape at a lower price, and suits a stroke with more face rotation.

What length putter do I need?

34 inches suits most adults. Go to 35 if you are tall or stand upright to the ball, and 33 if you are shorter or crouch over it. Bring your current putter in and we will check length and lie free.
