How to choose a golf glove
Fit, before anything else. A golf glove should feel like a second skin. Tight across the palm, no loose fabric at the fingertips, and the velcro closing near the middle of its range rather than at either end. A glove that is even slightly too big will move on the grip and wear through at the fingers within a few rounds.
Cadet sizes. If your fingers are short relative to the width of your palm, a standard glove will bunch. Cadet sizing keeps the palm width and shortens the fingers. The Nike Dura Feel and Nike Tech Extreme both come in cadet fit, and it solves a problem a lot of golfers do not know they have.
Material. Cabretta leather gives the best grip and the most feedback through the hands, and it wears the fastest. Synthetic and hybrid gloves last considerably longer and handle heat and humidity better. Neither is the right answer for everyone.

A glove that gets a day to dry out between rounds lasts two or three times as long as one worn every single time, and it holds a consistent grip instead of slowly going slick. Which hand does a golf glove go on?
The opposite hand to the one you write with. Right-handed golfers wear a glove on the left hand, left-handed golfers wear one on the right. The gloved hand is the one at the top of the grip.
How should a golf glove fit?

What is a cadet glove?
