“TaylorMade 2026 Australian Open Promotion”
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Promotion commences on 00:01am 07/09/2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 11/10/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
A. In-store entry: Spend a minimum $100 on any TaylorMade product in a single transaction.
Each $100 spent in a single transaction on a qualifying product is 1 entry.
Drummond Club Members receive 1x bonus entry per valid entry.
Upon making their Qualifying purchase, individuals will be automatically entered if the following details have been provided; full name, email address, postcode, and mobile number or;
B. Online entry: Spend a minimum $100 on any TaylorMade product in a single transaction at Drummond Golf Australia online store at https://www.drummondgolf.com.au (“Qualifying Purchase”).
Each $100 spent in a single transaction on a qualifying product is 1 entry.
Drummond Club Members receive 1x bonus entry per valid entry.
Drummond Club Members must be logged in and have linked their membership to their online account at the time of purchase to qualify for bonus entry/s to be applied to any valid entry.
Individuals will be automatically entered into the draw by the Promoter upon making their Qualifying purchase.
Example – Spend $200 on TaylorMade, receive two (2) entries. DC Members receive additional two (2) bonus entries – total four (4) entries.
6. The Promoter (Drummond Golf PTY PTD, ABN: 54102442295) reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an off ender are reserved.
7. Incomplete, cancelled, or refunded transactions/entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure of their staff to off era customer an opportunity to enter after they have made a Qualifying Purchase.
8. Entrants must retain either their original OR a copy of their Drummond Golf purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. The prize winners will be drawn at random. The draw will take place at Drummond Golf Head Office, 15/17 Lakewood Blvd, Braeside VIC 3195 on Tuesday 20/10/2026 at 3pm AEST.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries on Tuesday 20/10/2026 at 3pm AEST and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn, or the Winner does not respond to contact attempts.
The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and Winners First Initial, Surname and Postcode will be posted to Past Competition Winners Page on the Drummond Golf Website no later than Friday 23rd of October, 2026.
10a. The Winner has until Thursday 05/11/2026 by 5pm AEST to respond to the Promoter and accept the prize.
If the Winner does not respond to contact and notification by Thursday 05/11/2026 by 5pm AEST, the prize is considered forfeit, and Reserve Entry drawn on Tuesday 20/10/2026 at 3pm AEST will be nominated as Reserve Winner in place of forfeited winner.
10b. In the event a Reserve Winner is nominated, the Promoter will contact the Reserve winner by phone on Friday 6th of November 2026 and notify the winner in writing within two (2) business days of this date. The Reserve Winner’s First Initial, Surname and Postcode will be posted to Past Competition Winners Page on the Drummond Golf Website no later than Monday 9th of November 2026 as an Update.
10c. Prize is not subject to Unclaimed Prize draw due to fixed travel dates. A Reserve Winner will be selected if required.
11. The Promoter, Drummond Golf, and partner, TaylorMade, may request the prize winner to consent to the promoter/store taking photographs or videos of the prize winner upon collection of their prize and to use all images and sound recordings in any media for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing or social media. Consenting to the photographs or videos assumes consent of their use by the promoter.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
13. There is one (1) prize package, containing 1x set of Rory Commemorative irons and 4x double passes to corporate hospitality at the Australian Open Golf on Day 1 (Thursday 3rd December 2026).
Total prize pool is worth an estimated $14,899.99

13a. Prize does not include accommodation. Winner will need to organise and cover costs of accommodation themselves.
14. This prize is only valid for the specified dates and cannot be substituted for different dates. Travel dates are Wednesday 2nd of December 2026 to Friday 4th of December 2026.
Prize cannot be sold and is non-transferable unless in agreement with the Promoter. Prize cannot be substituted for cash or product. If the winner cancels after acceptance, the prize will be considered forfeit. If the Prize Winner is unable to accept the prize, Reserve winner will be awarded the prize in their place.
14a. Prize is not subject to Unclaimed Prize draw as the Prize is a fixed period and cannot be changed. Reserve winners are drawn along with Prize Winner to allow for invalid entries or unclaimed prizes.
15. The Promoter is partnered with TaylorMade (Prize Supplier) for the 2026 TaylorMade Promotion and TaylorMade is responsible for the booking and delivery of the Prize to the Prize Winner.
The entrant acknowledges and consents to the Promoter sharing the Prize Winner’s contact information with TaylorMade for the express purpose of delivering and scheduling the Prize with the Prize Winner.
16. The winner will be fully responsible for all costs associated with accepting and participating in the Prize, including but not limited to any transport, meals and accommodation not expressly included in the Prize and these Terms and Conditions, spending money, taxes, levies, insurance, medical expenses and all other ancillary costs associated with accepting and participating in the Prize. This includes collecting the prize from the winners ‘store of entry’ in cases where the prize is held by the store.
17. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the
control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
