MiMatch Fitting Bonus Spend 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Promoter and promotional period 

1. The promoter is Drummond Golf Pty Ltd (ABN 54 102 442 295) of 15–17 Lakewood Boulevard, Braeside VIC 3195 (“Drummond Golf”, “we”, “us”). 

2. The promotion runs from 12:00am on Monday 26th October 2026 to 11:59pm on Sunday 8th November 2026, local store time (“Promotional Period”). 

3. The promotion is available in-store only at participating Drummond Golf stores in Australia (listed at clause 27). It is not available online, by phone or through any other sales channel. 

Eligibility 

4. To be eligible for Bonus Spend, a customer must, during the Promotional Period: 

a. complete a MiMatch fitting in-store. Where the MiMatch system is not available, an equivalent Drummond Golf fitting must be completed instead to qualify; and 

b. purchase Eligible Hardware in a single transaction or single order following that fitting. 

5. “Eligible Hardware” means any golf club from a participating brand listed in the table below, purchased following a fitting under clause 4. This includes drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, putters, sets and package sets. 

6. “Qualifying Spend” is the total amount paid for Eligible Hardware in one transaction or order, after any discounts are applied. Drummond Club pricing applies to Eligible Hardware where the customer presents a valid Drummond Club membership. It excludes fitting fees, gift card purchases, products bought with Bonus Spend and any non-Eligible Hardware. 

7. Purchases made before the fitting, before or after the Promotional Period, or as staff, trade or wholesale purchases are not eligible. Both the fitting and the purchase must be initiated within the Promotional Period. For custom orders, the order must be placed within the Promotional Period, even if it is collected after the Promotional Period ends. 

8. Each customer may claim this promotion once during the Promotional Period, limited to one person per customer account. A customer may amend their qualifying purchase during the Promotional Period to add Eligible Hardware. If this moves their Qualifying Spend into a higher tier, their Bonus Spend increases to that tier, and the additional credit must be used at the time of the amendment. 

Bonus Spend 

9. Eligible customers will receive in-store credit (“Bonus Spend”) based on their Qualifying Spend: 

10. Qualifying Spend below $1,000.00 does not receive Bonus Spend. The maximum Bonus Spend that can be claimed is $1,000 per customer, regardless of the total Qualifying Spend or any amendments under clause 8. 

Using the Bonus Spend 

11. Bonus Spend must be used in-store at the time of the qualifying purchase (or, for custom orders, at the time of fitting under clause 14). It cannot be saved, carried forward or used on a later transaction, unless the customer increases their qualifying purchase under clause 8 and becomes entitled to additional Bonus Spend. In that case, the additional Bonus Spend must be used at the time of that amendment. 

12. Products selected using Bonus Spend are “Bonus Products”. Bonus Spend can be used on all Drummond Golf stock items, excluding gift cards, lessons, repairs and second-hand stock. Big Swing Golf venues are excluded from this offer, and Bonus Spend cannot be redeemed for simulator hire or food and beverage packages. 

13. Bonus Spend: 

a. has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred; 

b. does not give change – any unused balance is forfeited; and 

c. if the Bonus Products cost more than the Bonus Spend, the customer pays the difference at the current retail price when the Bonus Products are selected. Bonus Products remain excluded from any current promotions and Drummond Club member discounts, including on any amount paid above the Bonus Spend. 

Custom orders and same-day purchases 

14. Custom orders: where Eligible Hardware is custom ordered, the customer must select their Bonus Products at the time of fitting. The Bonus Products will be held at the store until the customer returns to collect the custom order and pays any balance owing. Bonus Products are released only when the custom order is collected and paid in full. 

15. If a custom order is cancelled, or the Qualifying Spend changes so it falls into a lower tier or below $1,000.00, the Bonus Spend is adjusted or forfeited accordingly and any held Bonus Products are released back to stock. 

16. Held Bonus Products will be kept in store for a maximum of 6 weeks after the customer is notified that the custom order is ready for collection, unless a different arrangement is agreed with the store directly. If no arrangement is made, the Bonus Products will be returned to stock and the Bonus Spend is forfeited. The Eligible Hardware order will be subject to Drummond Golf’s abandoned order policy under its Custom Order process, and a restocking fee of between 20% and 33% of the purchase price may apply (33% for customised clubs). 

17. Same-day purchases: where the customer takes the Eligible Hardware on the day, they must select their Bonus Products in the same transaction and take them on the day. 

Pricing of Bonus Products 

18. Bonus Spend is applied to the current retail price of Bonus Products only. Drummond Club pricing and offers do not apply to Bonus Products. The retail price on the day of selection is fixed and final. 

19. If the price of a Bonus Product goes up or down between selection and collection, the price on the day of selection still applies. No price adjustments, refunds of price differences or price matching will be given on Bonus Products. 

Returns and exchanges 

20. By accepting Bonus Spend, the customer acknowledges that Eligible Hardware purchased under this promotion cannot be refunded for change of mind. Eligible Hardware may be exchanged for change of mind within 7 days of purchase, or within 7 days of collection for custom orders. Bonus Products cannot be refunded for change of mind and may only be exchanged for the same product in a different size. Nothing in these terms limits the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

21. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies customers have under the Australian Consumer Law, including for products that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. 

General 

22. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or price match, except Drummond Club pricing on Eligible Hardware under clause 6. 

23. Bonus Products are subject to stock availability at the store on the day of selection. 

24. We may amend, suspend or cancel this promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.  
Any change will not affect Bonus Spend already earned. 

25. Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in line with the Drummond Golf Privacy Policy. 

26. Our decision on any matter relating to this promotion is final, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
