TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion commences on 01/07/2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31/07/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
2. During the Promotion Period, purchase at least 7 current PXG Black Ops (“Qualified Purchase”) irons in-store, and you will receive current PXG 12-degree Black Ops Driver, at no cost, valued at $759 RRP, at the point of purchase, while supplies last.
This is an in-store only promotion. Purchases made to webstore are not included.

3. The Qualified Purchase must be made in a single transaction and must be documented on the same invoice or sales receipt.
3a. Participants must retain either their original OR a copy of their Drummond Golf purchase receipt for as proof of purchase. Purchase receipt must clearly specify that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
4. Non-Qualifying Purchases also include, among others (i) purchases made outside of Drummond Golf; (ii) purchases of used or pre- owned golf clubs; (iii) wholesale, governmental, institutional or group purchases; (v) products obtained through corporate or affiliate programs, loyalty programs, employee purchase programs or points programs; (vi) purchases without a valid receipt or order confirmation; and (vii) Online purchases. Only customers who have made a Qualifying Purchase from a Drummond Golf store may participate in this Promotion. Promotion valid for purchases made by individual consumers only. The promotion does not apply to products purchased for resale, promotional purposes, charity purposes, tournaments, or other group events.
5. Taxes, fees and other charges are not included in this promotion. Compliance with these Terms and Conditions is subject to verification. No substitutes, store credit, rain checks, vouchers or cash value will be issued by Drummond Golf.
6. Offer may not be combined with any other offers, vouchers, discounts or promotions. Offer not valid for groups, clubs or organisations. Employees of Drummond Golf (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
7. Returns of the PXG Black Ops irons may not be permitted or may be subject to special conditions. Where a return of PXG Black Ops irons is permitted, the PXG Black Ops irons must be in original, new condition and accompanied by an original receipt. The above does not purport to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Trade Practices Act.
8. Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase will be fully responsible for all costs associated with entry and acceptance of the Prize, including but not limited to any transport, meals and accommodation, spending money, taxes, levies, insurance, medical expenses and all other ancillary costs associated with entry and acceptance of the Prize.
9. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Drummond Golf, the company are within their rights to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
10. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. All trademarks are owned by the respective rights holders. By participating in this Promotion, you agree that any dispute or difference whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with, and subject to, The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia Rules for the Conduct of Commercial Arbitrations. Unless the parties agree upon an arbitrator, either party may request a nomination from either the President or the Chairman of the Chapter where the dispute arises. You further agree that this arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive forum and venue for resolving any disputes arising out of this Promotion or in any way relating to these Terms and Conditions and waive all rights, if any, to a trial by jury. If for any reason this provision is deemed to be unenforceable, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in the City of Melbourne, State of Victoria, Australia.
11. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, for the resolution of all claims and disputes, and the Courts of Victoria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
